Welcome!

Hello everyone and welcome to my first post.  Getting this blog up and running has been a true labor of love, and would not have happened without the help of my daughter. Thank you, Maddy for all your sweat and tears!  I wanted my first post to be simple, reflect the season, and represent my decorating style.  I think I captured all of that in these pics.  This is the sideboard that lives in my foyer.  I love the size for displaying seasonal decor.  The only thing that could make it better... you got it!  It needs to be white.  That is a project for next week though! This vignette feels very wintry and romantic.  Hard to see in the pics, but my small collection of clear-stoned vintage broaches have found their way onto the birch branch, like little snow flakes!!  And note my alabaster compote under the cloche. Very sweet.  Tell me what you think.
